This club provides art
students with a cultural background in art. Various activities
stimulate interest and promote the education and appreciation of art.

| Academic
Decathlon |
|
|
The Academic Decathlon team
consists of nine students: 3 "A" or Honor students, 3
"B" or Scholastic students, and 3 "C" or Varsity
students. They compete in an intense ten-event scholastic competition
at the state and national levels. The EHS Academic Decathlon
Team has won the state competition six years in a row.

This organization, commonly
known as the "Screaming Eagle Band," is for students
interested in instrumental music. Following tryouts, students may
become a member of one or more of the following: concert band,
marching band, stage band, or symphonic band. The band provides
entertainment at assemblies, basketball and football games, contests,
and parades.

| Cheerleading |

|
The Eisenhower Cheerleading
Squad has up to sixteen members, as determined by OSSAA guidelines.
The squad leads cheers and directs positive crowd involvement at
school athletic events, promoting good sportsmanship. The squad
also competes in regional and state sponsored competitions.
The squad is chosen each
spring through a tryout process including teacher recommendations and
a screening judged by qualified national cheerleading
affiliated/university cheerleaders. The squad is led by a
captain and co-captain.

Fellowship of Christian
Athletes exists to confront athletes, students, and coaches (and
through them the youth of the nation) with the challenge and adventure
of following Christ and serving Him through the fellowship of their
Church and in their vocations. All students and faculty are
invited to attend meetings.

The FFA strengthens the
instruction for students in vocational agriculture by providing a
laboratory for practical training in agriculture, leadership,
cooperation, and citizenship. All students enrolled in
vocational agriculture are members of FFA.

FCCLA is: To Promote personal growth and leadership development

creative and critical thinking, interpersonal communication, practical
knowledge, and career preparation.

The object of this
organization is to create an enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate
a desire to render service, to promote worth leadership, and to
encourage the development of character.
To qualify, candidates must have spent at least one semester in
Eisenhower Senior High School and shall be members of the sophomore,
junior, or senior class. Candidates eligible for membership in
the chapter must have a minimum grade point of 3.4 for the semesters
preceding their admission, and they must also maintain their minimum
grade point of 3.4. Service, Leadership, and Character are also taken
into consideration.

and enter monthly contests.
